    Es ist zwar ganz nett, dass ich einen Ansprechpartner pro Kunde zum "Hauptansprechpartner" machen kann. Was mir für die Kundenakquise allerdings fehlt, dass ist die Funktion des Ansprechpartners in seinem Unternehmen (Geschäftsführer, Marketingleiter, Hausmeister, etc.). Es ist eben ein großer Unterschied, ob ich mit dem geschäftsführer/Entscheider telefoniere, oder mit der Empfangsdame ;-)
